摘要
结合科技成果转化实践,对发达国家科技成果转化机制进行了文献调研,提出建立宏观调控机制、建立多元化的成果转化投资机制、建立科学的成果评估机制和建立知识产权激励机制已成为发达国家科技成果转化的主要机制,并针对我国科技成果转化实际,提出了措施和建议。
The article combines practise in the transformation of S＆T achievements,and studies literature for transformation of S＆T achievements mechanism in developed countries. It points out establishing mechanism of adjustment-domination, mechanism in the investment of the multi-style, mechanism of science evaluation in the achievement, and mechanism in the prompting for the assessment of knowledge have become the chief mechanism in developed countries. And it brings forwards measures and suggestions for the Chinese transformation of S＆T achievements.
