For the sake of getting the advantage in intense competition,supply chain integration strategy （SCIS） has already been an important means for modern enterprises. The thesis introduces the meaning and characters of SCIS first and how to implement it. It points out that shared information is the key,and analyzes the effects of IT on the SCIS.
