摘要
由于大企业与中小企业之间存在的差异性,不同阶段面临的人力资源管理问题和管理手段要有所变化。针对中小型民营企业从创业期至成长期之间的转型过程,总结出企业发展转型期的定义、特征;分析了我国中小型民营企业在此类转型期人力资源管理方面存在的问题,以及该项工作的内容和重点所在,提出了完善人力资源管理的对策和措施。
Because there are some differences between big size enterprises and small and medium enterprises, we should change our management methods of human resources management according to the changing problems during different development periods. In this article, we summarize the definition and characteristics of small and medium private enterprises' transformation stage aiming at the process that they experience from starting to carving out to growth, and we also mainly study some human resource management problems existing in this phase in small and medium enterprises. And then we find what the contents and focusing points are about, and then put forward some measures of perfecting the management of human resources.
