摘要
石油化工科学研究院研制的SJ级汽油机油复合剂全部采用国产功能添加剂,在油中加剂量为7．8％。用该复合剂调配的5W-30SJ级汽油机油通过了实验室模拟评定和程序ⅡD,ⅢE, VE以及L-38标准发动机台架评定,表明研制的SJ级汽油机油复合剂调配的油品达到API SJ级汽油机油质量规格要求。
A low dosage additive package for SJ grade gasoline engine oil was developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing using all domestic products. By optimizing the formulation, a SJ 5W-30 grade gasoline engine oil was prepared by adding 7. 8% of the additive package. Bench simulation tests and the sequence IID, IIIE, VE and CRC L-38 engine tests were performed. The test results showed that the qualities of said formulated engine oil met the specifications of API SJ grade gasoline engine oil.
