摘要
用模拟蒸馏等方法对聚丙烯酰胺与喷气燃料中悬浮物形成的相关性进行了研究,用 ABAKUS颗粒测量分析仪测定喷气燃料中悬浮物的颗粒数及粒度分布。实验结果表明,随着聚丙烯酰胺添加量的变化,喷气燃料中不同程度地出现了悬浮物,说明聚丙烯酰胺的存在能导致喷气燃料中悬浮物的形成;当相对分子质量为6.00×106~8.00×106的聚丙烯酰胺加入量小于0.8‰、相对分子质量为 1.80×107的聚丙烯酰胺加入量小于1.0‰时,聚丙烯酰胺的存在对悬浮物的生成几乎没有影响。
The correlation between oil displacement agent, polyacrylamide (PAM), and the formation of suspended matter in aviation fuel was studied by means of simulating distillation. The amount and the Particle size distribution of the suspended matter were determined by an ABAKUS particle counting instrument. The results showed that with the changes of PAM dosages in aviation fuel, suspended matter were formed in a certain extent. However, without significant influence on the formation of suspended matter was observed when PAM dosages were less than 0.8‰ and 1.0‰ for PAM having molecular weight of 6~8 million and 18 million, respectively.
