摘要
介绍了江苏徐州发电厂于2005年初因电动调速给水泵出口逆止阀卡涩导致锅炉熄火并造成耦合器部件损坏的事故情况,对发生这一事故的主要原因进行了综合分析,并提出解决方法和防范措施。
The boiler tripped and the fluid coupling parts was damaged because of an electric feed water pump non-return valve jam in Xuzhou Power Plant in early 2005. The author analyzed main reasons of the accident and put forward the solution and countermeasures.
