摘要
介绍了江苏华润电力(常熟)发电有限公司3台650MW超临界机组配备的循环水泵设备概况,针对88LKXA-19.5型循环水泵投产2个多月后就发生振动的问题,通过对循环水泵的解体,找出水泵可抽出的固定部分及水泵的转动部分的损坏部位,分析了产生振动的原因及处理方法,提出了设计该类型泵时的改进建议。
The article introduced the equipment and configuration of three 88LKXA-19.5 model water circulation pumps for 650 MW unit in China Resource （Changshu） Power Co. ,Ltd.. Two monthes after in service,abnormal vibration were detected on the pumps. Some damage was found on the stationary parts and rotators of the pumps. It studied the cause of the vibration and gave some suggestions for design improvement of this type of pumps.
