摘要
介绍了输电地理信息系统(GIS)基础平台在江苏省电力公司产生的背景,分析了供电企业输电GIS基础平台的基本特征,阐述了输电生产GIS的体系结构及基础平台的主要功能。针对输电GIS专业应用及系统在全省13个地级市的建设与应用,提出了建设中的误区及需要进一步开展的工作。
This study introduced the background of introducing the GIS fundamental platform of power transmission into Jiangsu Electric Power Company, analyzed the characteristics of the GIS platform for power supply industry,explained the structure and the main functions of the GIS platform. Furthermore,the paper presented the common pitfalls in establishing GIS platform and further actions needed to take aiming at the professional application of GIS and its extended application in the 13 cities of the whole province.
