发动机烟炱的生成及其对油品有关性能影响的试验方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对1135发动机的喷油提前角、喷油嘴、机油油路以及活塞环间隙等方面的调整、改进,选择适当的试验条件,以不同质量级别的试验油样,考察发动机烟炱的生成以及烟炱对油品粘度、磨损的影响。另外,还考察了不同质量级别油品的高温清净性。结果表明,不同质量级别的油品在以上三个方面有明显的区别,相同质量级别的油品各项性能相当,说明在改装的发动机上所进行的试验以及烟炱的生成条件能满足对油品多项性能的评价。 A 1135 diesel engine was refitted and undergone a series of adjustments to meet the requirements of testing soot formation and to study the influence of soot on some lube oil properties, such as anti-wear, high temperature detergency and viscosity maintenance. Diesel engine oil samples of different grades were used in the experiments and appropriate test conditions were applied. As a result, the anti-wear, high temperature detergency and viscosity maintenance properties of various grades samples exhibited obvious differences; yet the above properties of samples from the same grade showed little changes. Thus under the selected test conditions the refitted 1135 diesel engine could be used to study the high temperature detergency, and the influence of soot on the anti-wear and viscosity maintenance properties of various lube oils conveniently.
