摘要
用多功能SRV试验机考察了几种热轧用典型润滑油添加剂及其复配体系的高温减摩性能。结果表明,油酸酯、二聚酸酯、硫化油脂、磷酸酯在温度不大于300℃时对基础油的摩擦因数影响不大,在300-400℃的温度范围内,二聚酸酯、油酸酯和硫化油脂润滑油添加剂均具有优良的减摩性能;但在500℃时这4种添加剂均不具备良好的减摩性能。在500℃时,石墨-磷酸酯复配体系不具备减摩性能,石墨-二聚酸酯复配体系具有一定的减摩性能,而石墨-硫化油脂复配体系在试验温度范围内具有优异的减摩性能。
The friction coefficients of four lube additives used in hot rolling and their complex systems were investigated at high temperature using SRV multifunctional test system. The results showed that the four additives, oleic acid ester, dimer acid ester, fatty oil sulphide and phosphate ester, had little effect on the friction coefficient of the base oil when the temperature was less than 300℃ ; the oleic acid ester, dimer acid ester and fatty oil sulphide possessed good friction reducing function at temperature between 300 and 400 ℃; however, the friction reducing function of these four additives were poor at 500℃. As to the complex systems at 500℃, graphite-phosphate ester had poor friction reducing function; graphite dimer acid ester possessed a certain friction reducing function; graphite-fatty sulphide exhibited excellent friction reducing function, and its friction coefficient was about 0.16.
