摘要
通过聚乙烯、聚丙烯分别与木纤维复合制板工艺的研究,探讨加入助剂、改变聚乙烯、聚丙烯用量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:对纤维进行改性处理,可以明显改善木塑复合材料的力学性能;塑料越细且含量为30%时,复合材料基本可达到中密度板国标要求的力学性能指标。
This paper studies the influence of adding chemical coupling, changing the dosage of polyethylene and polypropylene on mechanical properties of wood fiber and plastic complsite (WPC) panel, The result shows that it may remarkably improve the mechanical properties of WPC by chemically modifying wood fiber; and it also shows that when the plactic grain in WPC is tinier, as well as it's content proportion reaches 30 percent, the mechanical properties of WPC will match with the standard of MDF.
