摘要
采用双因素方差分析和正交实验设计的方法,找到了一种木工用快速粘结剂的配方。该胶粘剂是两液型胶粘剂(第一液和第二液),即在被粘结木材的两个表面分别均匀涂以等量的第一液胶和第二液胶,然后再冷压在一起,5 min后强度达到最大强度的70%以上;72 h后达到国标Ⅱ类胶合板的强度。
The article presents the course of research on finding the recipe about fast adhering to wood through analysis of double- factor variance and orthogonal method. The adhesive is consisted of two kinds of liquid (named as first liquid and second liquid). The different faces of two blocks of wood are respectively smeared with the same quantity of first liquid as second liquid. And then, the two blocks of wood are pressed together at normal temperature. 5 minutes later, the adhering intensity of the two blocks reaches above 70% of the max one, and 72 hours later, reaches the one of the Ⅱ plywood.
