影响纳米晶交换耦合磁体磁性能的工艺因素

Influence of Process on Magnetic Properties of Nanocomposite Permanent Magnets

摘要 纳米晶复合永磁材料因其优异的磁性能和商业价值而具有良好的应用前景。文章简要介绍了纳米晶复合永磁体交换耦合作用对磁体磁性能的影响。分析对比了不同制备工艺的特点及对组织与磁性能的影响。通过调整制备工艺参数,改进热处理工艺条件,可明显改善磁体的微观组织结构,进而提高磁体的综合磁性能。 Nanocomposite permanent magnets are of appliCation prospect for their outstanding magnetic properties and lower cost. The authors summarized briefly the influence of exchange coupling on the magnetic properties of nanocomposite magnets first, and compared the effect of various processing on microstructure and magnetic properties. It is concluded that finer microstructure together with higher whole magnetic properties could be achieved by means of process optimization such as adjusting the parameters of preparation process and improving the conditions of heat treatment.
