低温熔盐电镀铝锰合金工艺及镀层结构研究

The Research on the Technics and Coating Layer's Microstructure of Electroplating AI-Mn Alloy in Low Temperature Molten Salt

摘要 利用阴极旋转式电镀装置、扫描电镜、原子吸收光谱、X射线衍射等手段对低温熔盐电镀铝锰合金的工艺及镀层的表面形貌、组成与结构进行了研究。试验结果说明。铝锰合金镀层结构取决于镀层Mn含量,当Mn含量为15%~45%(wt)时,镀层具有非晶态结构;影响镀层Mn含量的主要因素是熔盐Mn^2+浓度及电流密度。 This paper studys the technics of electroplating AI-Mn alloy in low temperature molten salt, and examines surface feature, composition, and microstructure of the coating layer by using following methods, such as cathode rotating eleetroplating device, scanning electron microscope, atomic absorption spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The experiment results show that the coating layer's microstructure of A1-Mn alloy depends on the content of Mn, and the coating layer has the amorphous structure when Mn content is between 15 %-45% (wt). The main reasons of affecting Mn content in coating layer are both the concentration of molten salt Mn^2+ and the electric current density.
