摘要
分析了高速线材轧机全程控轧控冷的可能性,开发了湍流式粗轧和中轧强制冷却器和斯太尔摩气雾冷却器,保证了线材全线在奥氏体未再结晶区的轧制和轧后冷却控制,成功地在鞍钢线材轧机上,将普碳钢轧成了“超级钢”。最高的ReL达到470 MPa,Z达到67.5%,铁素体晶粒度最细达11.6级,线材同圈性能均匀性也得到提高。
The possibility of controlled-rolling and controlled-cooling throughout the whole-line of high-speed wire rod mill is analyzed. The turbulent coolers used on rough mills and intermediate mills, and spray coolers on Stelmor conveyor were developed. Using these installations, the whole rolling processes can be performed in the austenite unrecrystallized zone and cooling control after finish rolling can be improved. Super steel has been produced from mild carbon steel in wire mill of Ansteel. The highest ReL is 470 MPa and Z is 67.5 %. The finest grain size of ferrite can reach 11.6 grade. The homogeneity of wire coils is also improved.
