二氯异氰尿酸钠的毒性试验观察 被引量:1

摘要 采用动物毒性试验方法,对二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒剂进行了毒理学评价。结果,二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒剂以有效氯计,对雌性小鼠经VILD50为1470mg/kg·bw;对雄性小鼠经VILD50为1260mg/ks·bw,属低毒级物质。该消毒剂有效氯最高浓度组630—730mg/L,对雌雄小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核发生率无影响。以112mg/L有效氯溶液,对动物皮肤有轻度刺激性。用有效氯最高浓度组为150mg/L进行亚急性毒性试验,实验观察期间大鼠的活动、进食、体重增长正常,对试验动物血液常规和生化指标、肝、肾功能及脏体比均无不良影响,各主要脏器的大体及镜下检查均未见有特异性病理改变。结论,二氯异氰尿酸钠消毒剂属于低毒级物质,在一般消毒使用浓度下具有较好的使用安全性。 Animal toxicity test was used to carry out toxicological evaluation of sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant. Results: The female mouse oral LD50 of sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant calculated on available chlorine was 1470 mg/kg.bw and the oral LD50 for male mouse was 1260 mg/kg . bw, so it belongs to substances of low toxicity grade. The disinfectant containing the highest concentration of available chlorine 630 - 730 mg/L had no influence on micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrecytes of male and female mouse bone marrow. Its solution containing available chlorine 112 mg/L had mild irritating effect on animal skin. The disinfectant containing the highest concentration of available chlorine 150 mg/ L was used to carry out subacute toxicity test. It was found durifig the period of experimental observation that the activity, food intake and weight gain of the rats were normal, there were no adverse influence on blood routine and biochemical indices, liver and kidney functions and organ -body ratios, and no specific pathological changes of main organs by gross and microscopic examinations. Conclusions: Sodium dichloroisocyanurate disinfectant belongs to substances of low toxicity grade. It is quite safe for use at common disinfection concentration.
