摘要
XD-1型医疗仪器管路消毒机杀菌因子为臭氧，为观察其杀菌效果，采用载体定量杀菌试验进行了观察。结果，经测定，该消毒机启动工作45min内，臭氧发生量达到0．181～0．337mg／L。该消毒机按照设定的消毒程序即开机加湿5min、消毒作用45min、干燥5min，对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌以及白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均〉3。现场试验证明，按上述运行程序对麻醉机管路、呼吸机管道内腔自然菌的杀灭对数值均〉1。结论，XD-1医疗仪器管路消毒机对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀菌效果较好，对呼吸麻醉机管路达到消毒合格要求。
The germicidal agent of XD - 1 - Type Medical Instrument Tube Disinfector is ozone. In order to observe its germicidal efficacy, carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out observation. Results ： Operation of the Disinfector for 45 min produced ozone 0. 181 -0. 337 mg/L. Operation of the Disinfector according to the designed disinfection program, i. e. moistening for 5 min, disinfection for 45 min and drying for 5 min, killed Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus albus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans by more than 10^3. Field trial demonstrated that disinfection according to the above operation program killed the natural bacteria in lumens of the tubes of anesthesia machine and respirator by more than 90%. Conclusion ： XD - 1 - Type Medical Instrument Tube Disinfector has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and fulfils eligible requirement for disinfection of tubes of respirator and anesthesia machine.
