湖北省部分医院内镜清洗消毒状况调查报告

SURVEY OF STATUS OF WASHING AND DISINFECTION OF ENDOSCOPES IN SOME HOSPITALS OF HUBEI PROVINCE

为加强医院内镜清洗消毒质量管理，贯彻《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》，采用现场抽样和检测方法，对全省医疗机构内镜清洗消毒情况进行了调查。结果，内镜室一般管理合格率波动在47．4％-96％；内镜清洗消毒处理程序合格率多数在50％左右。使用多酶洗液清洗内镜的医院约占40％；有20％的医院清洗活检孔道方法不正确。内镜消毒灭菌处理方法总合格率仅49％，其中纤支镜消毒操作合格率只有15．8％，腹腔镜灭菌操作合格率也只有60％。用压力蒸汽灭菌法对活检钳进行灭菌处理者仅占17．4％。结论，湖北省医院内镜消毒管理存在问题，多数医院内镜消毒灭菌处理程序和方法不正确。

In order to strengthen the quality administration of washing and disinfection of endescopes in hospitals and to implement ＂Technical Standard for Washing and Disinfection of Endoscopes＂, on - the - spot sampling and examination method was used to carry out a survey of status of washing and disinfection of endescopes in medical institutions throughout the province. Results： The eligible rate of general administration of endoscope laboratory ranged from 47.4% to 96%. The eligible rate of washing - disinfection treatment procedures of endescopes was mostly around 50%. The hospitals using multiple enzymes detergents for washing endescopes accounted for 40%. The method of washing biopsy channel was incorrect in 20% of hospitals. The overall eligible rate of disinfection and sterilization treatment of endescopes was only 49%, with eligible rate of disinfection of bronchofiberscopes being only 15.8% and that of sterilization of laparoscopes being only 60%. Sterilization of biopsy forceps by autoclaving accounted for only 17.4%. Conclusions： There were problems in administration of endoscope disinfection in hospitals of Hubei Province. The procedures and methods of disinfection and sterilization treatment of endescepes in most hospitals were incorrect.
