摘要
通过对刨链进行受力分析,进而找出刨链设计的理论依据。根据刨链的工作状况,建立刨链的受力模型图。对刨链在有无转角(溜槽转角)影响下进行受力分析,研究三种主要阻力对刨链的影响。通过假定刨链的运行方向,确定刨链的最大拉力点,以校核刨链的抗拉强度,得出刨链的安全系数。为刨煤机设计打下坚实的理论基础,并提高了刨煤机的生产能力。
By Analyzing the power of plow chain, this paper found the theoretical accordance for designing the plow chain. According to the plow chain working condition, this paper constructed the power model for plow chain. Analyzing plow chain's power with or without the effect of angle of the conveyor, studying three kinds of main resistances. ' effect to plow chain. Through the assumed moving direction of the plow chain, the maximum pull point is determined, the tensile strength of the plow chain is checked, the safe coefficient of the plow chain is obtained. The theory foundation for designing the plow is constructing and the production capacity is improved.
