摘要
【目的】研制一套治疗胸腰椎骨折的新型脊柱外固定器械,并通过生物力学测试,分析其临床应用可行性以及与经皮椎体成形(PVP)技术联合的临床意义。【方法】自制实验不稳定性骨折模型,把实验分成正常组(A组)、骨折模型组(B组)、新型脊柱外固定器固定组(C组)、新型脊柱外固定器固定联合PVP技术组(D组),分别按顺序测试四组的三维稳定性,并行统计学分析。【结果】A组三维稳定性明显优于B组(P<0.001),C组三维稳定性明显优于A组(P<0.001),C组与D组三维稳定性差异无显著性(P>0.5)。但是轴向压缩实验D组优于C组(P<0.001)。【结论】骨折模型B组是不稳定性骨折模型,满足实验的要求,新型脊柱外固定器能为不稳定性骨折脊柱提供良好的三维稳定,具有临床可行性。
[Objective] To design a new type of pereutanous external transpedicular fixation(PETF) to treat spine fracture and to analyze its clinical feasibility and significance associated with PVP. The biomechanical test has been finished. [Methods]A spine fracture model was made,the experiment was performed to test the three-dimensional stabilization according to the order of normal group(A), spine fracture model group(B), fixed by PETF group (C), fixed by PETF associated with PVP group (D). Data were analysed according to statistics way. [Results] The three-dimensional stabilization of group A was better than that of group B( P 〈 0. 001), group C was better than group A ( P 〈 0. 001 ), there no marked difference between group C and group D( P 〉0.5), But group D was better than group C in axes compressing( p 〈0. 001). [Conclusion] The spine fracture model is a type of instable spine model, satisfactory for the test. The new PETF can offer good three-dimensional stabilization to instable fracture spine with clinical feasibility.
