锁骨钩钢板治疗重度肩锁关节脱位和(或)锁骨远端骨折

The Treatment of Severe Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation and/or Distal Clavicular Fracture Using Clavicular Hook Plate

[目的]观察锁骨钩钢板治疗急性重度肩锁关节脱位和（或）锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效.[方法]从2001年5月至2004年12月采用锁骨钩钢板及韧带修复治疗Post 3～6型肩锁关节脱位和（或）Neer 2型锁骨远端骨折共31例.[结果]术后所有患者X线片评估复位率达100%,所有患者均获得随访,随访时间5～36个月,平均13.5个月;术后无一例发生伤口感染、内固定松动或断裂,内固定取出后无一例发生脱位和骨折,按Chen WJ疗效评价标准,肩关节功能恢复优良率96.80%.[结论]锁骨钩钢板是近年来治疗急性重度肩锁关节脱位和（或）锁骨远端骨折的一种较好的手术方法.

[Objective]To observe the clinical effects of treatment of acute severe acrornioclavicular joint dislocation and/or distal clavicular fracture with clavicular hook plate. [Methods]From March 2001～Deeember 2004, 31 cases with actue severe aeromioclavicular joint dislocation（Post 3～6） and/or distal clavicular fracture （Neer 2） were treated with clavicular hook plate internal fixation and ligament repair. [Results]X -ray showed 100%reduction in all cases after operation. And all the cases were followed up for 13.5（5 ～36） months. No wound infection, loosening of the internal fixation, breakage of the plate and redislocation or refracture after removal of the plate were observed. The shoulder joint function recovery was 96.8%according to Chen evaluation. [Conclusion]Clavicular hook plate is a better surgical tool in the treatment of severe acrornioclavicular joint dislocation（Post 3～6） and/or distal clavicular fracture（Neer 2）in recent years.
