异位妊娠误诊27例分析

Analysis of Misdiagnosis of 27 Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

【目的】提高对异位妊娠的诊断和鉴别诊断能力,及早确诊异位妊娠,防止误诊误治。【方法】对本院2001年6月至2005年6月间收治的异位妊娠751例患者的发病和误诊情况进行回顾性分析。【结果】751例异位妊娠中误诊病例为27例,误诊率为3.60%,其中异位妊娠误诊为其他疾病12例,其他疾病误诊为异位妊娠15例。【结论】提高对异位妊娠的认识,详细询问病史,全面认真分析各种辅助检查是减少误诊的重要手段。

[Objeetive]To enhance the ability of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy, to confirm diagnosis of eetopic pregnancy in time, avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment. [Methods]Retrospective analysis of 751 patients about the conditions of the disease onset and misdiagnosis from June , 2001 ～June,2005 in our hospital. [Results]In 751 cases of ectopic pregnancy, there were 27 cases with misdiagnosis, the misdiagnosis rate was 3.60%. Of 27 cases,12 cases of ectopic pregnancy were misdiagnosed as other diseases and 15 cases of other disease were misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy. [Conclusion]Famillarity with ectopic pregnancy, inquiry about the history in detail, entire analysis of various lab data are the important methods to decrease its misdiagnosis rate.
