腺样体切除在儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗中的意义

The Significance of Adenoidectomy in Treatement of Children Chronic Sinusitis

【目的】研究腺样体切除对儿童鼻窦炎治疗的意义。【方法】选择2001年5月至2004年7月在本院耳鼻咽喉科住院治疗的160例慢性鼻窦炎患儿为研究对象,男98例,女62例。对患儿行腺样体切除,并术后随访6个月,评估疗效。【结果】手术治疗后患儿鼻塞、流脓鼻涕、头痛及注意力不集中等症状明显好转,总有效率为100%。术后鼻腔无粘连及增生等不良反应,鼻腔结构完好。【结论】儿童鼻窦炎可以对儿童造成各种危害。腺样体切除是儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗的有效方法,对儿童鼻窦炎的康复具有重要的意义。

[Objective]To investigate the significance of adenoidectomy in treatment of children with chronic sinusitis. [Methods]Totally 160 children（98 boys and 62 girls） with chronic sinusitis were selected from department of Otolaryngology, the second affiliated hospital of Sun Yat sen University and the second hospital of Harbin Medical University. The patients were undergone adenoidectomy and followed 6 months for effect evaluation. [Results]The symptoms such as nasal obstruction, headache, pus snivelling and inattention recovered obviously and the total efficiency rate was 100%. No adhesion and hyperplasia were found in nasal cavity and construction of nasal cavity was prefect. [Conclusion]Chronic sinusitis causes various harm to children. Adenoidectomy is effective to treat chronic sinusitis and has significance in treating chronic sinusitis in children.
