摘要 要强化护理管理,需理顺护理管理体制,合理使用激励机制,调动护士工作积极性。在院领导的支持下,护理部在护士长管理、护理人力资源配备以及护士福利待遇方案制定等方面拥有充分的建议权、决策权。通过调研、收集数据,在院长办公会议进行讨论并形成各种护理改革方案,落实了各项变革举措:实施护理督导,通过竞争机制产生各级护士长,完善护士轮岗机制,提高床位护士比例,提高护士福利待遇。理顺护理管理体制,有利于加强护理管理,提高护理质量。 In order to strengthen nursing management, the system of nursing administration should be modulate and incentive mechanism should be applied appropriately to increase the working enthusiasm of nurses. Under the support of the leaders, nursing department had the suggestion and decision-making power on management of head nurses, nursing human resources, and the establishment of nurse salary standard. Many nursing innovations were discussed and carried out. Those were carrying out the nrusing supervisor system, selecting head nurses through competition, perfecting the mechanism of exchanging working station, increasing the salary of nurse. Conclusion: Modulating the system of nursing management was able to enhance nursing administration and improve the quality of nursing.
