摘要 建立了危重病人访问制度,护理部共访问危重病人400例。科室上报危重病人,护理部对每位病人进行评估,并询问陪护人员,了解其对疾病知识、健康教育内容掌握程度,对护理工作的满意度等。通过提问护士长、分管护士,了解科室护理人员对危重病人病情的掌握程度;通过提问分管护士,了解护理人员运用护理程序的能力;通过查看护理人员操作技术,了解护理人员的技术操作水平;通过查看护理记录,避免因护理记录不准确而引起的法律纠纷;通过现场评估、及时有效地解决了危重病人护理过程中存在的问题。使危重病人的护理质量和护士的业务水平实现了双提高,大大减少了并发症的发生,进一步提高了全院护理质量。 To establish a critical patient visiting system, the nursing department investigated 400 critically ill patients. Every patient and accompany was assessed and investigated to find out their satisfactory degree to disease, health education and nursing services. The head nurses, charge nurses were questioned to uncover their understanding degree to the patients' illness status. The charge nurses were questioned to find out their levels to applying nursing procedure. The nurses were examined to understand their levels of nursing skills and techniques. The nursing documents were checked to avoid medical disputes caused by inaccurate nursing recorders. Problems in critically ill patient nursing were resolved timely and effectively by scene assessment. Both the critically illpatient nursing quality and nursing sevice level were elevated. The occurrence of complications was obviously decreased. The whole hospital musing quality was improved as well.
