在高等教育国际化的进程背景中,高校核心竞争力必须以学科建设为基础,科学规划、合理布局学科,优化学科结构和资源配置,要坚持“重在建设,内涵发展”的基本方针,努力建设一支高水平的学术队伍,全力培育大学核心竞争力。

In the course of the internationalization of higher education, the core competence of universities is based on the construction of disciplines ,which includes scientific planning,rational organization of the overall disciplines, and optimization of the course structure as well as the allocation of educational resources. In order to achieve these goals,we should adhere to the basic principle which lays emphasis on the construction of the fundamental subjects and development of their connotation. Furthermore, we should try to build up an academic contingent of high level to reinfore the core competence of universities.
