公安基层思想政治工作方法新探

A New Probe into the Ideological and Political Working Methods of Police Grassroots

随着社会文明的进步和铁路改革的深入,新形势新任务对铁路公安工作和队伍建设提出了更高的要求,基层思想政治工作也因此面临着前所未有的挑战和考验。本文深刻分析了当前公安基层思想政治工作中存在“虚拟化、简单化、绝对化、无为化”四种不良倾向,提出了要以动态的视角看待出现的问题,用改革的思路解决存在的问题,即通过抓好“确立坐标点、找准着力点、抢占制高点、巩固支撑点”,重点解决好基层思想政治工作的目标定位、工作思路、方法途径和领导作风等问题。

Along with social civilization advancing and railway reforms deepening, the railway police work has been asked to do better, and the ideological and political work of the police grassroots has been challenged. This paper makes a deep analysis of four wrong tendencies in nowadays ideological and political work of the police grassroots,then proposed that the problems should be solved with the idea of reform,i, e. the problems about target decision,working thoughts, methods and resolutions, and patterns of leadership should be focused on by dealing with ＂four points＂——to decide the coordinate point, find the effort point, conquer the high point, and strengthen the supporting point.
