Many developing countries have carried on significant revision and made huge concession in their foreign investment admission law. The foreign investment admission legislation in developing countries presents an unprecedented liberalizing tendency. But restrained by various factors, too fast liberalization of foreign investment admission law can also bring certain negative functions. At present stage, our country should persist the orientation of enlightened legislation and steady legislation and participates positively in the formulation of international multilateral investment rules.
