摘要
美国教育管理学者萨乔万尼的道德领导理论传入我国后,国内学者竞相传播,并视之为解决学校领导困境的良药。但是,道德领导理论的文化内核与中国传统文化内核并无契合性,而且中国的道德困境使道德领导理论无法扎根立足,最重要的是,道德领导理论不能满足和适应中国教育管理实践的需要。因此,萨氏的道德领导理论在中国没有适应性。
Since the School Moral Leadership theory put forward by American education administration scholar Thomas J. Sergiovanni has been introduced into China and quickly spreaded among Chinese scholars and it has been taken as a solution to the problems of school leadership. However, the cultural spirit of School Moral Leadership theory is not identical with that of China, and School Moral Leadership theory can not mot in the nowadays' dilemma of morality in China, the last but not the least, this theory can not cater to the needs of china education administration. On this basis we can conclude that School Moral Leadership theory is not adaptive to China,
