摘要
现代西方经济学的交易费用理论、信息不对称理论、博弈论为信用的产生提供了很好的理论解释。在当代,资产证券化和金融衍生品的发展,使信用在继续发展,出现了新的信用形式。
Dealing charge theory of modem western economics, information asymmetry theory, and gaming theory provided fine theoretical explanation for the generation of credit. At present, assets securitization and the development of financial derivatives have made credit a continuous development with new forms.
