小儿急性化脓性髋关节炎98例报道

ACUTE SEPTIC ARTHRITIS OF THE HIP IN CHILDREN:A REPORT OF 98 CASES

本文报告自1982年以来收治小儿急性化脓性髋关节炎98例。发病1～5天入院者42例完全治愈；6～10天入院者12例，有10例完全治愈，2例发生病理性髋脱位；11天以后入院者44例，仅有2例基本治愈，8例髋关节不同程度活动受限，34例发生病理性髋脱位。因此笔者指出对本病早期诊断，早期有效抗菌素治疗有助于提高本病的治愈率，降低其后遗畸形的发生率。

Since 1982598 cases with acute septic arthritis of the hip children were admitted for treatment. The patients, 54 males and 44 females,were aged from 14 days to 14 years. The analysis results showed:(l) 42 cases survived with good function during a period of onset ranged from to 5 days. (2) 10 cases had normal motion of the hip and 2 cases had pathological dislocation of the hip during a period of onset ranged from 6 to 10 days. (3) 2 cases are good for motions of the hip,8 cases had some degrees of limlation of hip and pathologiical dislocation of hip in 34 cases during a period of onset ranged after 11 days. In order to raise cure rate of the restoring function of the hip joint and reduce the sequelae of dislocation or femoralhead loss of severe complication, early diagnosis and effective antibiotic treatment are stressed in this paper.
