摘要
电刷镀技术是表面工程和再制造工程技术的重要组成部分。复合电刷镀层由于具有优良的性能而得到了广泛的应用。对镍基复合电刷镀沉积机理、工艺,复合刷镀层的主要研究种类等方面进行了概述,介绍了复合刷镀层在实际工程中的应用,并提出了今后复合刷镀层的研究重点。
Brush plating is an important part of surface and remanufacturing engineering. Composite coatings obtained from brush plating have been widely used due to their excellent properties. The deposition mechanism, process and main kinds of Ni-based composite coatings by brush plating are reviewed. Applications in practical engineering are also introduced. Priorities are proposed for the future study.
