Ⅱ型糖尿病血凝与纤溶活性动态变化初步临床观察

A DYNAMIC STUDY OF COAGULATION ANDACTIVITIES OF FIBRINOLYSB IN NIDDM PATIENTS

我们采用血凝—纤溶动态图对Ⅰ型糖尿病（NIDDM）患者16例口服第二代磺脲类药物（美比达、糖适平）24例正规胰岛素治疗前后了解血凝—纤溶系统动态变化。以探讨口服药物或从胰岛素对NIDDM患者血凝—纤溶系统的影响。结果表明：治疗前NIDDM患者凝固程度增高，纤溶活性降低；治疗后，凝固程度及纤溶活性基本恢复正常。而两种治疗方案之间无显著性差异。

Dynamic change on coagulation and activities of fibrinolysis was meaured in 40 NIDDM with coagulation fibrinolytic dynamicogram before and after treatment with sulfonylureas or insulin. It was found that the degree of coagulation was higher and the activities of fibrinolysis were lower significantly in NIDDM patients before treatment as compared with that in normal (P<0. 01),but both coagulation and activities of fibrinolysis after treatment were normal. The study also suggested that the effects were no difference between insulin therapy and oral hypoglycemia agents therapy.
