摘要
根据xDSL调制解调变压器用高μi铁氧体材料的宽频、低THD等特性要求,分别讨论了原材料、配方和添加物、粉料和成型压力以及烧结工艺等关键技术对该类材料制备的影响。
According to characteristic requirements of wide frequency and low THD, respectively, has a discussion on effects from purity degree of raw materials, formula, additives, powders, pressing pressure and sintering technology when the high initial permeability(μi ) ferrite material ,which is used in the xDSLmodem transformers, is manufactured.
