摘要
为了实现人力资源管理信息系统的进一步智能化,尤其使它在决策支持的实际工作中发挥更大的作用,简要分析了传统人力资源管理信息系统中存在的主要问题,结合Agent和多Agent的特点阐述了Agent技术在解决这些问题上具有的优势,对如何将Agent技术应用到人力资源管理中去进行了探讨,提出了一种新的人力资源管理信息系统实现方案。
In order to make the human resource management information system more intelligentized, especially to bring more effect on its decision support, the main problem of the traditional human resource management information system was analyzed briefly. Then the predominance of agent technology on the solving of these problems was explained by combinating the characteristics of agent and multi-agent. The application of agent technology in human resource management system was discussed, and a new scheme of human resource management information system was presented.
