摘要 随着计算机和网络的迅速发展,远程图形终端系统作为一种方便的远程控制平台,在远程管理、远程协助、远程医疗和远程教育等应用中发挥着越来越重要的作用,其性能也直接影响到这些应用系统的性能。该文讨论了设计改进远程图形终端系统所要考虑和解决的问题,接着从远程显示方式、更新机制、压缩机制、缓存机制和评价方法等方面,较全面地介绍和分析了当前主流远程图形终端系统的技术发展现状,并在此基础上对远程图形终端系统的发展方向进行了展望。 With development of computer and networks, remote display systems became more and more important as a convenient remote control platform in remote applications of management, assistance, therapy, and education, etc. Also, performance of remote display systems greatly affects whole performance of these remote application systems. The problems that should be considered and solved in designing and developing of remote display systems were discussed. Then today's remote display systems were reviewed by summarizing their key technologies of remote display mode, update mechanism, compression, cache design and evaluation. Finally some discussions on further of remote display systems were given.
