总结与回顾了在“八五”期间我国铸造机械行业所取得的发展与进步，亦指出了存在的问题和与世界先进水平的差距；分析了铸造机械产品技术发展趋势与市场需求状况。依此对我国铸造机械技术水平在“九五”期间的发展，发表了见解和提出了建议。
