家蚕、桑叶粗提物降血糖的作用效果 被引量:9

Effect of Extracts From Silkworm and Mulberry Leaves on Lowering Blood-glucose in Mice

摘要 为进一步开发高效、多剂型的蚕、桑降血糖制剂,研究了不同品种的家蚕和桑叶粗提物降血糖的体外和体内实验效果。结果表明:家蚕提取物的降血糖效果明显优于桑叶粗提物;蚕品种间存在差异,桑品种间差异显著。灌胃家蚕和桑叶粗提物4周后的动物,其餐后血糖值分别降低了33.48%和24.24%。对不同蚕、桑品种降血糖差异的作用机理进行了探讨。 In order to develop high effective and multi-agents for lowering blood glucose of sericulture-related materials, we report here that extraction of the main component of lowering blood-glucose from silkworm and mulberry leaves, and its inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase in vitro and lowering blood-glucose in vivo. The results show that the extract from silkworm presents more effective to inhibit a-glucosidase in vitro than that from mulberry leaves. There exist the difference among silkworm varieties and significant difference among mulberry varieties. The blood glucose at postprandial in mice have been reduced by 33.48% and 24. 24% after 4-week administration of the silkworm extract and mulberry leaves extract, respectively. The mechanism of difference among silkworm varieties and mulberry varieties to lowering blood-glucose has also been discussed.
