白僵蚕高效液相色谱指纹图谱的研究

Studies on the Chromatographic Fingerprint of White Muscardine Silkworm by HPLC

建立白僵蚕甲醇提取物高效液相色谱指纹图谱,可较完整地反应白僵蚕内在化学信息,全面评价白僵蚕的质量。采用梯度洗脱高效液相色谱法对获取的指纹图谱数据进行相似度分析,建立了白僵蚕的指纹图谱。以主要的7个共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积作为白僵蚕指纹图谱的相关技术参数,对10份白僵蚕样品测定得出的7个主要共有峰的相对保留时间重现性好,相对峰面积有明显差别。白僵蚕高效液相色谱指纹图谱可用于评价白僵蚕的质量。

In this paper, we established the HPLC fingerprint of methanol extracts from white muscardine silkworm to reflect its internal chemical information and evaluate its quality. Gradient elution HPLC was used to analyze methanol extracts from white muscardine silkworm, and analyzed the data of their fingerprints by similarity. The correlation technical parameters of white muscardine silkworm, the retention time and peaks, area of seven main common peaks, were obtained. The samples of white muscardine silkworm from ten batches were analyzed to test the HPLC fingerprint, It was showed that the repeatability of the relative retention times was good for the main common peaks and the relative peak areas had significant differences. From the above results, we suggested that the fingerprint can be used to evaluate the quality of white muscardine silkworm.
