摘要
控制样本间克卵粒数的差距是保证家蚕种良卵率检测准确性的关键。通过调查和理论分析,认为家蚕卵粒质量的分布服从正态分布。在置信概率为95%下,3次重复间样本卵粒数的容许差距估计公式为d=0.1913×n^(3/2)×10^-3克卵粒数在1600~1699、1700~1799、1800~1899、1900~2000区间时,容许差距分别为13、14、15、16粒。
The percentage of good silkworm eggs is an important index for the quality inspection, Controlling the number deviation of eggs per gram among samples is the key point to ensure accuracy of the percentage of good eggs. Through the investigation and analyses of theories, we found that the weight of silkworm egg subjects to the normal distribution. When the fiducially probability is under 95%, the estimation formula of the biggest admissible number deviation of eggs per gram among three times replicating samples is d=0.1913×n^(3/2)×10^-3. When the number of eggs per gram is in 1600~1699、1700~1799、1800~1899、1900~2000, the admissible deviation is 13,14,15 and 16 eggs, respectively. This article provides a kind of practicable solution to controll deviation of the egg number per gram.
