RNA folding is critical for biological the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of RNA structure folding. We also discuss the electrostatic importance. activities at the molecular (genetic) level. A brief review of folding is presented, with special mention of the secondary interactions in RNA (DNA) folding due to their particular importance.
