摘要
分析了气流冲击造型机设计中快开阀的全开高度这一重要设计计算参数对气流冲击紧实的影响,对不同结构快开阀的全开高度进行了分析和对比。在阀孔面积和提阀速度一定的前提下,动阀板的全开高度越小则气流冲击紧实效果越好。增大阀孔周边长可减小全开高度,条孔栅格式快开阀既可增大阀孔的开口率,又可使全开高度明显减小。
This paper analyses the influence of the fullsize-opening height of the quick-release valve on air impact pressure. With a given valve surface and moving speed the less the fullsize-opening height the better is the compactability. Increase in periphery of the valve can decrease the fullsize-opening height. The quick-release valve of grill type can not only increase valve opening but also decrease distinctly the fullsize-opening height.
