The contributions of PerkinEimer on gas chromatography technology over past 50 years are summarized briefly in this paper. The features of the products - GC, GCMS, and Headspace sampler using for food safety testing also are discussed, and include pesticide analysis, acrylamide analysis, aroma volatiles analysis in beer ＆ beverage.
