反相高效液相色谱法测定丁诺特呋喃残留量

Determination of Residue Levels of Dinotefuran by Reversed-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定丁诺特呋喃(dinotefuran)含量,实验采用C18柱(250×4.6mm)15%甲醇+85%水(pH≈3),流速0.8mL/min,UV检测波长为270nm,检测限为0.01mg/L,线性方程为Y=4973.8+39651.3X,相关系数r=0.9996,方法回收率为98.10%,标准偏差为1.32%(n=6)。 Analytical methodology for determining levels of dinotefuran in Fraxinus velutina has been established. A reverse HPLC system consisting of an ODS column with a mixture of methanol/water (15:85) as the mobile phase was used.The flow rate was 0.80 mL·min^-1 and the UV detection wave-lenth was 270 nm. The limit of qualifications (LOQ) was 0.01mg/L (r = 0.9996) with a recovery rate of 98.10% and RSD of 1.32% for 6 samples. The relationship can be described usingthe linear equation: Y = 4973.8 + 39651.3 X.
