摘要
提出反相高效液相色谱法跟踪监测氯噻硝基呱残留量的方法。反相KromasilC18柱,甲醇-乙腈-水(V/V)=35:5:60为流动相,紫外270nm检测,外标法定量。线性范围0.005~0.100g/L,r=0.9999,方法回收率和标准偏差分别是98.10%和1.69%(n=6),氯噻硝基呱的检测限在0.03mg/L。
An analytic method for determining the residue levels of clothianidin in Fraxinus Velutina was developed by using a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The Waters Kromasil C18 column (5μm, 3.9×250 ram)was used under room temperature. The UV detection wave-length was 270 nm. A mixture (V/V) of CH3OH/CH3CN/H2O (35:5:60) was used as the mobile phase. The limitation of detection was 0.03 mg/L. The linear range was 0.005 -0.100 g/L, r =0.9999. The rate of recovery was 98.10% with 1.69% RSD (n = 6).
