Southern印迹杂交技术在畜禽疫病诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 Southern印迹杂交技术是一种用于检测特定DNA片段的方法。它是将凝胶上分离的DNA片段转到硝酸纤维素膜上后,再通过同位素标记的单链DNA或RNA探针的杂交作用检测这些被转移的DNA片段。此法目前已经广泛的应用于动物疾病的诊断以及DNA指纹分析和PCR产物判断等研究。它通常与其他的检测方法结合应用,为特定DNA片段的检测提供了快速、准确、灵敏的方法。而且在Southern印迹杂交技术的基础上又发展了斑点印迹杂交和狭缝印迹杂交两种杂交方法。目前,在畜禽疾病研究方面,Southern印迹杂交技术主要用于病毒及细菌病的检测和分析,但在寄生虫病方面的应用较少。
