摘要
大型水资源配置工程由于距离长、涉及环节多,运行调度管理相对复杂。建立信息化系统,利用自动化、通信、测控、水文等现代技术手段,可使决策者在远程实时监控和了解水源地、调节池、配水站等重点部位的水情及整个水流动态,以便对供水管理进行优化及供水设施的检修。文中以大伙房水库输水工程为例,阐述了大型输水工程信息化系统实时监控、调度系统、通信及办公系统综合应用的方案设计。
The operation and management of large project for water resources allocation are relatively complicated as the long water conveyance distance with many operation and management links concerned. Establishment of the informationized management system, with the modern techniques such as automation, communication, monitoring and advanced hydrological measurement, can make the real-time monitoring for the related decision makers to know the whole water regime and the trends of water flows at the water sources, regulation ponds, water distribution stations etc., so as to optimize the management of the water supply and cheek the relevant facilities necessary to be repaired in time. Taking the water conveyance project of Dahuofang Reservoir as a case, the design of the comprehensive applicable plan for the real-time monitoring, control, communication and office system within a informationized management system for large water delivery project is described herein.
