摘要
本文用Auger电子能谱(AES)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、二次离子质谱(SIMS)及耐腐蚀磨损性能试验(CWT)等方法,对5454铝镁合金管与工业纯铝管在碳化液介质中形成的表面膜进行了研究.结果表明:两种合金管表面膜的主要成分均是铝的水化氧化物;表面膜愈薄,耐蚀性愈好;5454铝镁合金管的耐腐蚀磨损性能较工业纯铝管有很大提高,这是由于合金元素Mg的强化作用所致;其表面膜中Mg ̄+计数比基体高两个数量级以上.
The surface films respectively formed by 5454 Al-Mg alloy tube and pure aluminium tube in carbonated solution were studied using AES, XPS, SIMS and CWT. The results show that the main composition of the surface film is hydrated oxide of aluminium.The thinner the surface film is, the better corrosion resistance behaviour it has. The intensification of magnesium results in the better anti-corrosion property of the alloy than that of pure aluminium. The content of magnesium ions in the surface film is two orders of magnitude higher than that in the inner matrix.
