摘要
对09MnTi钢焊态和模拟搪烧热循环后焊接接头的组织和力学性能进行了研究,搪烧后焊接接头的组织是细小F(铁素体)加少量P(珠光体),接头强度有所下降,韧性提高较大,力学性能得到了改善.
Effect of thermal cycle during enameling burning process on structures and mechanical properties of 09 MnTi steel weld joint are investigated. After burning process ,the structure of fine ferrite with small amount perlite is found,strength will some decrease but toughness increases a lot,the whole mechanical properties are improved.
