根治性切除胰体尾癌25例临床分析被引量：1

摘要胰体尾癌早期诊断困难，病人就诊时多届中晚期或晚期，手术切除率在15％-20%。我们对1994年1月至2004年6月本院作根治性切除的25例胰体尾癌进行了回顾性分析。现报告以下。
